This wheel is guaranteed to be round, true,free of leaks, and to have never been mounted. It has just a few truly minor surface marks fromhandling in a warehouse but nothing major. Most other wheel sellers would say it is \'perfect\' but I\'m just covering myself for the perfectionists out there.
