Domestic Shipping: Items are shipped daily, Monday thru Friday, with most tracking numbers added within 1-2 business days. Once your item is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail from and Paypal with your UPS tracking number. UPS tracking numbers are active on www.ups.com , but may take up to 24hrs to become active. S&H rates are domestic rates only. There is an additional surcharge rate for shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, and Alaska.
International Shipping: International shipping costs to Canada are stated for each item. Please note that we are not responsible for Canadian duties and taxes. Any additional international charges are the responsibility of the importer.
OVERSIZED Shipping Policy: Some oversized items we WILL NOT ship outside the contiguous U.S. because of large dimensional size or weight. If international rates are not posted in the sale, your order may be canceled by us and refunded without notice. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Warranty / Returns
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL PROPER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN PROCESS DIRECTIONS .
Packages must be opened and inspected for damage as soon as received. Please contact us about damaged items within 4 days of item receipt.
We accept returns 30 days from item receipt, as long as the item is in new condition with all the parts and hardware.
Items are guaranteed to fit the make and style of the car stated. All hardware is included. NO-DRILL 3M-Peel-n-Stick chrome/stainless trim must be properly installed to maintain your limited warranty.
Please notify us first if you plan on returning or exchanging your item. Items may not be returned if they are damaged or scratched while in your care. Please return all items in its original NEW condition with box. Chrome and stainless trim with 3M tape cannot be returned once the tape backing has been removed. Damaged, scratched, and unauthorized items will not be accepted and returned to you. All authorized returns must have an RA number and be made 14 days from delivery. We will be happy to refund your payment, (less S&H and subject to a 15% restocking fee), when we receive the item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged items in transit will be exchanged only, at no cost to you. Any defects in products will be replaced under Performance Auto Trim's discretion.
