The original cylinders from Ford were made with plastic tops that can break, our cylinders are made with an aluminum top. This cylinder fits Mustangs made from 2005 to 08-20-2007 so if you have a 2008 model year car make sure you check your production date as they changed the cylinder design part way through the 2008 model year.
The cylinders are sold \'each\' and fit either the right or left side of the convertible top and come with a 5 year warranty when used with automatic transmission fluid or the original clear hydraulic oil.
