Everything Chrome Parts sales office is located just outside Raleigh, North Carolina. Our company has shipping depots all over the country. We will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not all of our locations stores all of our items. - Can I pick up my purchase?
Our depots are only warehouses and do not have any sales floor for walkin customers. All products must be shipped via UPS. - Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take?
Items posted on ebay will be in stock. We manage inventory and auctions carefully. Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. Everything Chrome Parts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or situations out of our control. DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Call us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned. - There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?
