Initially started as a 2 man operation we now supply repair shops, dealerships and retail customers across North America and even as far away as Australia. With our own line of replacement exhaust products manufactured to our exact specifications we are able to offer a far superior aftermarket product, something not currently available to consumers today.
Any shipments that customers refuse will be considered lost and will result in the customer not receiving any type of credit or refund. Refused items will not be returned to us. Everything we sell is returnable for refund, except shipping, within 30 days. Restocking charges of 20% may apply, check with us prior to purchasing. Special order and discontinued items identified as "No Return" or "Final Sale" cannot be accepted as returns. If you are not satisfied with the item, or determine you don't need it, you can obtain return instructions by emailing us. In your email, please tell us your order number, the part number and the reason for the return. Please understand that email is the quickest and fastest way for us to process your return. Items being returned from outside Canada require special instructions, otherwise we may be billed additional charges by carriers.
Returns from the US must be shippped USPS only. If charges are billed to us they WILL be deducted from your refund. If a part doesn't fit, don't try to "make it fit" and risk damaging you, your car or yourself. We won't accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part, therefore please inspect the part before you start the repair.
We will not issue return credit for parts which have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you decide you don't need a part, we don't mind taking it back, but we can't absorb the shipping cost. The shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds typically take about 3 to 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a speedy refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as you paid, (for example, Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

We offer exhaust related products such as catalytic converters, flex pipes, resonator pipes, tailpipes, mufflers, gaskets, flanges, exhaust hardware and many more. With our own line of replacement exhaust products manufactured to our exact specifications we are able to offer a far superior aftermarket product, something not currently available to consumers today.
- Payment We accept Paypal only on eBay. Buyers can pay with credit cards or debit cards while signing in as guest or you can contact us at our toll free number for more details. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at eBay checkout along with a current contact phone number. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. We are also not responsible for the lost of package due to incorrect address or an old confirmed address. Once items are marked as shipped with a tracking number the order cannot be cancelled. Customers that refuse items will loose out on any refund or credit as we cannot recover those items.
- Shipping We do our best to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, not including holidays and weekends. Shipments are made Monday thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Most of our items are shipped with UPS, we also ship with USPS, Purolater, and Canada Post. Our delivery goal is 2-6 business days after your order has cleared. There are NO addtional duties or taxes to USA customers. Canadian customers must pay HST based on provincial requirements. Please bear in mind that delivey dates provided by eBay is an estimate, accurate shipping times are displayed on their respective websites. We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather or courier mistakes.
