We ship via UPS Ground to Canada (we don't ship to Canada via USPS). Canadian customers are responsible for brokerage charges and tariffs. All orders from Canada will need a phone number.

Thank you. We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the item.

Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.

We will exchange any defective products free of charge. Refunds are not available for defective items.
