You are buying one new DRIVER side a-pillar interior trim. This one was originally found on the SRT-10 model which has the built in gauge pod, but you can use it as an upgrade for any 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 1500-3500 models. This piece is the interior grab handle that over time gets broken or strips out around the screw holes. Installs quickly and easily with simple hand tools.
