6\" Performance System w/ Performance Twin Tube Shock Absorbers
Fabtech\'s Hummer system is constructed much like all of their IFS (Independent Front Suspension) systems with extended steering knuckles and high clearance crossmembers but the similarities stop there. To properly address the H2\'s fulltime transfer case they include a CV style front driveshaft with this system to provide smooth driveline operation.
Also unique to this system is two 1/4\" thick skid plates, one for the front differential and one for the transfer case. Rear lift on factory air bag H2\'s comes from a super stout bag spacer while coil spring models receive replacement coil springs that are driver and passenger specific.

Performance Twin Tube Hydraulic Shocks
Fabtech Performance Shocks have been designed to work in conjunction with each of Fabtech suspension systems, resulting in superior ride control. Features include high velocity 9-stage valving for excellent dampening capabilities and a closed cell insert to reduce shock fade at high speeds. A twin tube shock absorber consists of a thin wall inner pressure tube and outer reserve tube. The inner tube houses the valving components, piston and base valve, and is where the damping forces are generated. The outer tube acts as a reservoir for displaced fluid from the shaft volume during the compression stroke. Also contained in the outer tube is a foam sleeve or gasbag that contracts and expands with respect to shaft displacement to eliminate air pockets and increase the performance of the shock.

Heavy Duty Tie Rods - Extra large diameter replacement Tie Rod assemblies resist bending and breakage when running large tires offroad. Directly replaces OE units and attaches to the stock centerlink, with Fabtech suspension.
Single Performance Steering Stabilizer - Using the same construction as our Performance Shocks these Performance Steering Stabilizers will reduce front end shimmy from oversized tires and wheels. Easy fit heavy duty brackets allow for a quick installation.
Fabtech provides a 5 Year 60,000 Mile Powertrain Warranty to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle, on which the product was originally installed, for defects in workmanship and materials. The Warranty excludes the following Fabtech items; bushings, bump stops, ball joints, tie rod ends, limiting straps, cross shafts, heim joints. These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn. They are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship. Take apart shocks are considered a serviceable shock with a one year warranty on leakage only. Service seal kits are available separately for future maintenance. All other shocks are covered under Fabtech\'s Limited Lifetime Warranty. Fabtech does not warrant any product for finish, alterations, modifications and/or installation contrary to Fabtech’s instructions. Alterations to the finish of the parts including but not limited to painting, powdercoating, plating and/or welding will void all warranties. Some finish damage may occur to parts during shipping which is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.
