This is a clean HID Headlight Assembly with Ballast and Turn Signal for Lexus ES300 model year 2000 to 2001 Driver side. This headlight assembly comes with HID Ballast, Turn Signal, some bulbs, connectors and extended wire harness for you to use if the one you are replacing is missing or damaged but I don't guarantee all the bulbs will be ok. This is a clean headlight with all the Tabs and there's no cracks just the normal wear on the lens including small scratches. I sell clean used items and they may have normal wear and tear.
