In addition to the return shipping cost, we will also deduct a 20% restocking fee from your payment refund. The restocking fee is to cover our handling cost. You will receive the refund after items are received by us and found to be in the same order as you received them, including the original packaging and any applicable accessories.

After you receive your RGA number you may send the item to us and we will then deliver the item to the respective manufacturer for inspection. In the event that the defect is something covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty Terms, you may expect a replacement, a repair or a cash refund.
Please note that warranty claims do not cover freight cost so you would have to cover the shipping cost both ways (sending the defective part to us and receiving a replacement).
