Domestic Clients We here at PK Auto Design strive to provide perfection nothing less. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with your order you have the opportunity to return your purchased products within 20 days of arrival to your hands. A restocking fee of 25% plus all shipping cost originally incurred during the order. Purchased products must be returned in new condition, unused and undamaged. Should a product be returned in any form then shipped out (new unusued, undamaged) then a return cannot be completed and the products will be returned back with all costs on buyer. Clients are liable for return shipping costs and fees. Errors made by PK Auto Design will have free return or exchange abilities and no restocking fee per customers choice. Return process will take up to 72 hours once arrival to PK Auto Design for inspection of damages and packaging. Original form of payment will be processed and issued to client. Custom ordered products are none refundable. International Clients Any refund issued to our valued international client will not include any shipping, duties and taxes applied during original shipment. A 30% restocking fee will be applied on international returns. Manufacturer Warranties All wheels and tires and products come with manufacturer warranties.
