The wheels sold by Wheel Genius, LLC are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer warranty. All our wheels carry one full year warranty on any defects in the materials, finish or workmanship. Warranty protects against manufacturers defects, no road hazard warranty.
We will gladly replace the defective item and/or refund the payment for any defective item, based on availability or customer choice. We will also refund the shipping charges if our item is proven to be defective. The wheels returned for defects are subject only to the warranty and warranty process of the manufacturer of that Wheel. Product claims can only be filed by our direct customers.
Please keep in mind that Wheel Genius, LLC is not the manufacturer, we are a re-seller; therefore we are not liable, for installation costs, damages to your car, damages to property or injuries caused by a defective item.
Do not worry; in the eventually that you need to return a defective item, we will assist you in every step of the returning process in order to make it easier, faster and free.
Unwanted goods:
Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 15 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged. All unwanted Return items are not subject to a restocking fee as long as they are received in their original packaging and not have been mounted, used, or damaged . After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. Unfortunately Wheel Genius, LLC will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to his or her order. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes with a tracking number. Wheel Genius, LLC will not be held liable for any damage caused during shipping from the customer to Wheel Genius, LLC; the customer must package their goods in the same way they received their goods.
