- We offer a 100% Fitment Guarantee on all products. - Always test test mount products prior to final installation. - Wheel & Tires packages are not returnable. - All Custom orders are subject to a 50% non refundable deposit. - All Orders are subject to a 25% restocking should a cancellation be necessary. -In all Manufacturer Warranty claims, client are responsible for all shipping costs to and from PK Auto Design and or product manufacturer.
Items must be in new condition and in original packing.
Few Exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Customized items (custom painted, powder coated, custom drilled)
Wheel and tire packages
Wheels that have been mounted. No exceptions!
The customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee if wheels are returned by fault of customer (i.e. ordered wrong wheels, ordered wrong color, ordered wrong size). Restocking fees and all shipping costs will also be applied to shipments that are refused by the consumer.
