Returns
We stand behind the product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process an exchange or refund the product within 30 days of your purchase. Returns later than 30 days are ineligible for refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, but all returned items must be packed and returned in their original condition. Excessively wrinkled or damaged items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No RMA is necessary, please inform us the tracking # of your return package that will speed up the return process. PLEASE NOTE: If it is determined that the seller or carrier is at fault, we will provide return shipping. Otherwise, it is both eBay and PayPal policy that the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
