I HAVE ONLY PICTURED ONE SPACER, HOWEVER, ONE PURCHASE EQUALS2 NEW SPACERS.

THE STOCK NUMBER IS 604XL.

THE INSIDE DIAMETER IS5INCHES AND THE OUTSIDE DIAMETER IS8 1/8 INCHES.

THESE SPACERS AREMADE OF ALUMINUM. COMPOSITE ALUMINUM IS THE METAL OF CHOICE FOR SPACERS. ALUMINUM DOES NOT CORRODE. THAT IS WHY ALUMINUM IS SUPERIOR TO STEEL. STEEL WOULD CORRODE.

Thisis a listing for 2, NEW, 8 lug spacers. They are 12 MM or about 1/2 inch thick and will fit most8 lug bolt patterns.

The spacers in this listing will fit all CHEVROLET 2500 3500 PICKUP TRUCKS 1982- current year and all DODGE 2500 3500 PICKUP TRUCK 1971- to current year. They will fit other trucks that have 8 lugs not listed as long as the bolt pattern is 8X6.5 or 8x170MM. These spacers are for rear wheel drive bolt patterns. Spacers are basically used to keep wheels from rubbing. If you have a dually, then these spacers are used to keep the tires fromrubbing againsteach other when larger tires are used or when hauling heavy loads.

WARNING -- IF YOU HAVE A FORD, PLEASE CHECK THE BOLT PATTERN. THESE SPACERS WILL FIT 8X6.5 AND 8X170MM.

The spacerswill fit a FORD HEAVY DUTY F250 F350 8 lug pickup truck, 1953 - 2010. IN 2005 SOME OF THE FORD TRUCKS CHANGED TO 8X200 MM AND 8X270MM. THESE SPACERS WILL NOT FIT THOSE TWO BOLT PATTERNS.

USUALLY PICKUPS HAVE LONG STUD, BUT MAKE SURE THE LUG NUTS HAVE 8 FULL ROTATIONS ONTO THE STUDS. IF NOT, THEN CHANGE YOUR STUDS. THE OUTSIDE DIAMETER IS 8 1/8 INCHES AND THE INNER DIAMETER IS4 15/16INCHES. IF YOU NEED4 SPACERS, E-MAIL ME FOR A DIFFERENT LISTING.

I ALSO HAVE 1/4 INCH AND 8MM SPACERS AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE 8 LUGS PER WHEEL AND NEED A THINNER SPACER. CHECK MY EAY STORE.

FOR SAFETY YOU NEED 8 ROTATIONS OF A LUG NUT ONTO A STUD ONCE THE SPACER IS INSTALLED. THE FUNCTION OF SPACERS IS TO PROVIDE SPACE FOR CLEARANCE ON THE INSIDE OF THE WHEEL. SPACERS DON'T CHANGE BOLT PATTERS AS DO ADAPTERS. SPACERS MERELY PROVIDE SPACE FOR CLEARANCE.

IF YOU INSTALL THESE SPACERS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 8 FULL ROTATIONS OF A LUG NUT ONTO A STUD. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT MANY ROTATIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO CHANGE THE STUDS AND OR LUG NUTS.

THESE SPACERS AREMADE OF ALUMINUM. COMPOSITE ALUMINUM IS THE METAL OF CHOICE FOR SPACERS. ALUMINUM DOES NOT CORRODE. THAT IS WHY ALUMINUM IS SUPERIOR TO STEEL. STEEL WILL CORRODE AND HAS THE POSSIBILITY OF WELDING TO THE HUB.

HOW TO INSTALL SPACERS:

1. REMOVE THE WHEEL.

2. PLACE THE STUDS THROUGH THE SPACER HOLES IN THE CORRECT BOLT PATTERN.

3. REINSTALL YOUR WHEEL.

SO OFTEN, PEOPLE WILL ASK ME HOW THICK OF A SPACER IS NEEDED. THERE ARE NOT ANY TECH BOOKS CONCERNING SPACERS AND WHEELS. HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW THICK OF A SPACER THAT YOU NEED: GET SOME WASHERS THAT YOU CAN MEASURE THE INDIVIDUAL THICKNESSAND INSTALL ONE WASHER AT A TIMEON THE STUDBEHIND THE WHEEL. ROTATE THE WHEEL AND SEE IF THE WHEEL IS HITTING THE CALIPER OR RUBBING ON INSIDE THE WHEEL. DON'T DRIVE WITH THE WASHERS ON THE STUDS. SIMPLY, TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ON ONE WHEEL ONLY AND TEST FOR THE RUBBING. THEN MEASURE THE THICKNESS OF HOW MANY WASHERS WAS NEEDED FOR CLEARANCE.THAT WILL TELL YOUHOW THICK OF A SPACER THAT YOU NEED. WARNING--DO NOT DRIVE WITH ANY WASHERS BEHIND THE WHEELTHAT YOU ARE TESTING. ALSO, YOU MUST HAVE A LEAST 8 FULL ROTATIONS OF A LUG NUT ONTO S STUD FOR SAFETY. CHECK THE LENGTH OF THE STUDS.
