Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday, or holidays.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable (not applicable to free shipping). - Please send us a ebay message and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service professionals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we reveive them in good condition. Please include a copy of the invoice in the box.
- Send it back to us.
- Please allow a minimum of 5 days for us to receive and process your return.
- We\'ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges - does not apply to free shipping).
- If for any reason you do not want the product and wish to return it, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied, as long as the product is in good resell-able condition, and still has the original packaging
