Warranty
Our 3 year REPLACEMENT warranty is valid from the day of DELIVERY. Warranty will become void if product is used in anything other than what is listed if you are unsure or have any questions please ask before purchasing. Buyer assumes responsibility for proper fitment and application, SO PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS. Injectors that are suspected of being faulty will be sent to seller to be RE-serviced, re-tested and / or replaced with an injector or injectors that match the original. Buyer is responsible for shipping, no exceptions . Warranty will not cover any damage that is caused by improper installation or damage that is caused by buyer, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SKILLS TO INSTALL PLEASE HAVE A PRO INSTALL THEM. If product has been altered or mishandled warranty becomes void. This warranty is non-transferable.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged. Any issues with injectors will be resolved by exchange or repair.Refunds of money will only be given if for some reason an exchange or repair can not be done i.e if we do not have the product. The other instance that money will be refunded is if buyer returns the product in its original packaging unopened and unused within 14 days you will receive the full price minus S&H fees. no exceptions.IF YOU ORDER WRONG PART, OR RETURN PARTS TO US AFTER THE 14 DAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO SENDING BACK. When sending product back we suggest that buyer use a shipping method that will give buyer a tracking number seller will not be responsible for any lost items.
Liability
Seller does not assume liability for labor, damage, rental car, hotel, towing claims, fire, etc that may arise from installation of or use of our injectors. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that he/she purchases and properly installs the correct injectors for his/her vehicle.
