About Us:
- This listing is for one Gallon of our premium state-of- the-art single stage urethane enamel. This urethane enamel has the option to catalyzed for superior durability but can also be used without catalyst. Designed for absolute durability and precise color match. Our universal urethane enamel may be used over the top of any quality urethane or enamel primer or primer/sealer. Please note that this single stage paint will need to be reduced using a quality urethane reducer. We carry all temperature ranges of urethane reducers as well as appropriate hardeners in our ebay store. The mix ratio for this product is 8 Parts Color to 2 parts Urethane reducer to 1 part urethane hardener.
- If you choose not to use Hardener (activator) the mix ratio will be 4 parts paint to 1 part reducer. We also offer all of the same automotive colors in basecoat, pre-reduced basecoat, and a large variety of touch options including custom made aerosols.
- Unlike other companies selling lacquer or water based paints, all of our touch up paints are modern durable urethane finishes. We are the only eBay sellers selling professional quality paint touch up products.

Shipping:
All of our paint products are shipped within 1 business day and most are shipped the same day. We currently use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship most of our products. Most items are shipped Home Delivery and Ground delivery. Some smaller packages may be shipped USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent at the time the label is created which is at the time the order is processed.
Returns:
If, for some reason, you receive the incorrect color, please contact us immediately. We will send out the correct color to you free of charge. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your touch up paint, please contact us immediately and we will take care of any issues in a timely manner free of charge.
If you would simply like to return your touch up paint, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and there is a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping costs incurred to ship the part are not refundable in these cases.
Disclaimer:
Although we achieve a 99%+ color match rate (please see our feedback), there is no way that we (or any other paint manufacturer for that matter) can guarantee 100% color match unless we have an actual color sample from the vehicle. Various environmental factors as well as color variations at manufacturing facilities make it impossible to paint match on paint code alone 100% of the time.
Unfortunately, tricoat colors are not available in touch up form. These are typically colors such as pearl white or candy colors.
