Used and comes as shown. This had something spilled in the tray. I cleaned it up as good as possible but it is discolored and not perfect. I think it was JB weld or something. It's not sticky or anything just mainly affects the looks. I have priced accordingly.
This is from a 1992 1500 Chevy truck but I think it fits lots of others as well. You decide if it is for you.
