1992-1996 Buick Roadmaster CHROMED ABS wheel center cap. This cap was chromed over the usual machine finished cap. All the wheels on the car had been chromed after market and only this one cap was still attached; the rest all had the machined finish caps. There is no colored Tri-Shield center as it was chromed as well. All 10 of the attaching clips are still in place with the wire ring.
There is some minor chrome flaking around the lug nut holes.
