This Shackle Kit will lift Rear of your vehicle 1 1/2 inches without affecting your alignment or ride quality. Due to the mild increase in ride height aftermarket shocks are not required. These units are designed to be completely bolt on and utilize all other factory suspension and steering components to achieve a modest ride height gain without the expense of a full blown lift kit.(We also offer these in stock replacement length’s for a Heavy Duty upgrade w/o the lift.)Product Description:
Our shackles are made from 3/8” thick steel plate and are reinforced with ¼” wall square tubing rotated into a diamond shape. This combination of material thickness and design ingenuity make them by far the strongest shackles on the market.Product Finish:
These are finished in a heavy black wrinkle powder coating which gives them elegance as well as extreme durability to the elements. We apply 10 mils of powder and bake at 400 degrees for no less than 20 minutes. The results are a finish that is capable of withstanding anything you can throw at it.Hardware:
This particular kit comes ready to install utilizing your stock hardware.If however, you would like to replace your stock hardware we do offer Grade 8 harware complete with nuts and locking washers as an additional option.

All of our products come complete with detailed step by step install instructions to ensure installation is a breeze. Average install time for this kit is 30-45 minutes.

Manufacturing:

Every piece is hand welded by our veteran staff in house in our fabrication facility. We do not outsource student labor in our welding facility so you can be confident the person who built your product was not learning how to weld at the time but a seasoned welding professional. 


Quality Control:

Once the parts are welded they pass through the first Quality Control inspection where they are checked for defects both in material and in the welding process. From there they move over to the grinding station to be de burred and prepped for powder coating. After powder coating comes final inspection. We inspect EVERY part for cosmetic blemishes BEFORE it is packaged to leave our facility. We take pride in offering the best product possible at the best price.

We will accept uninstalled returns within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please contact us prior to returning an item to obtain a Return Authorization number. These numbers are logged into our system so when a package shows up we know who to credit as well as the reason for the return. If a package shows up at our facility without a Return Authorization Number it will be refused and returned to the shipper.
