This sale is for 1 NEW Vats Key Blank
and 1 NEW Secondary Key Blank for a 1991-2002 Chevrolet Camaro & Z28.
VATS stands for Vehicle Anti-theft System
and is also known as PASS-Key (Personal Automotive Security System).
Each VATS key has a resistor embedded within the key-blade, and each
resistor has 1 of 15 possible values. In order to send you the proper
vats key blank we need to know what resistor value is required for your
VATS system, and this requires that you measure the resistor value in
your key, or you can send us your key and we can measure the resistor
value and ship the key back to you along with your new key blank. Click
the link below for instruction on how to measure the resistor value in
you key.
