Warranty Terms & Conditions / Useful Information:1.) Questions?
Please message us with any questions about an item PRIOR to the auction close/item end.
2.) Compatibility:Buyer is always responsible for independently confirming any physical or technical compatibility issues prior to purchasing. All of our used and new automotive parts are sold by part number only. We primarily supply automotive repair facilities and licensed professional mechanics. Our items have been photographed and described accurately with all pertinent information contained in the listing FOR YOU TO VERIFY compatibility with either your existing component or so that you can call a dealership to confirm you are purchasing the correct part for your car. MAKE / MODEL / YEAR IS LISTED FOR REFERENCE ONLY! If you feel we have missed a key descriptive required for compatibility or function please let us know by asking us a question through eBay. If you purchase an item and it does not fit your application or you simply do not want it for whatever reason you may return it within 14 days per our return policy.
3.) Used Electrical Computer Modules:Used ECU TCU BCM etc. ARE NOT PLUG AND PLAY.Computer modules must be installed by a professional that has the ability to run adaptation procedures to calibrate and install a used module into your vehicle. This often requires programming for your make vehicle by the dealership only. If you are not willing to have the part installed by a professional DO NOT BUY THIS PART you cannot install it yourself.
We do not accept claims of \"This item does not work\" without a receipt from a licensed auto repair shop or dealership that lists the following:
1) The reason the original module was replaced with stored error codes from your original module
2) The active error codes from the replacement module you have purchased from us
3) The reason why our module is alleged to be not working
4) The equipment you are attempting to use to read / clear / program module
If you do not have proof from a shop you may still return the item for any reason within 14 days.
USE THE RETURN OPTION(s) \"Buyer changed mind\", \"no longer needed\", or \"does not fit\".
A used ECU / TCU / CTM etc is not a fix all solution or a replacement for legitimate diagnosis.
4.) Returns:
Buyer has 14 days after receiving the item to return it for any reason to receive money back. A restocking fee of 20% is applied to all returned items. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and return shipping.
5.) Used Part Guarantee:
Unless otherwise stated used parts sold are guaranteed for 60 days. Warranty claims for computer modules require receipt of installation by a licensed shop and ASE certified professional and details of defect listed by qualified shop (see details in section 3 above).
6.) Used Part Condition:
Used parts may contain dust / dirt / oil / grease / etc. and will probably have some type of cosmetic marks from installation, use, and/or removal (this does not affect their function). Parts sold are removed from donated / wrecked / impounded / recovered theft vehicles or are leftovers purchased for prior personally owned vehicles. We make a considerable effort to accurately photograph and describe items we sell.
07.) Airbags:
All Airbags sold have not been subject to recall, are non deployed, original, and AS-IS. Airbags are explosive devices; only a licensed / certified professional should service air bag systems.
08.) Wiring Pigtails, cut wires, wiring harness remnants:
These items may or may not be included (even when shown in photos). Sometimes these are discarded after we photo items. “Why is there cut wires, does this mean the part is damaged?” No, Absolutely not- we do not sell parts that need repair unless the item condition is listed as “For Parts, Not Working”. Cut wiring scraps are sometimes left behind / removed from the donor vehicle to allow our technicians to bench test electrical items on our testing bench to ensure that our customers are not sent parts with issues pertaining to function. If you are replacing a part and also need a repair portion or “pigtail” wiring harness please let us know (we also sell wiring harness portions by request).
09.) Security Markings, Paint, etc.:
Our parts are marked with paint and identification marks that do not impede the function of the part and are never visible when installed on cosmetic parts, panels, trim, switches, modules, etc. The part you receive may have different marking paint than what is shown in the photo. You will receive the correct part you have ordered depicted in this listing, please do not be alarmed if you saw a listing photo with green markings and you receive a part with orange or another color I.D. pen. We often have multiples of the same part number item in stock as we specialize in parts for specific models. For parts that are cosmetic in nature 99% of the time we use the exact photo of the item to accurately describe the wear or condition etc. Wear and condition does not typically apply to computer modules, lock actuators, switches, etc. so we often will use a stock photo based on each exact part number.
10.) Used Exterior Parts:
Exterior mirrors and other used exterior parts may have fading, dullness, water spots, light scratches, and other signs of wear from use. Most light signs of wear on paint can be alleviated with rubbing compound and some polishing. We do not guarantee what will/will not come out with a polish or refinishing treatment. Exterior parts are not guaranteed to match your existing paint color or shade. It is recommended for the best match to have a professional repaint used exterior parts to match your car.
11.) Used Mirror Glass auto dimming etc:
Used exterior side mirror glass are sold as a bare glass replacement without backing plate. Some vehicle have up to three different backing plates that are part of the mirror assembly to attach the mirror glass to the mirror assembly. We do not include these backing plates for sale, when we remove mirror glass we will remove backing plates that come off with the glass before we ship. The mirror glass replacement you purchase from us will arrive ready for you to install into your existing backing plate / mirror assembly. You will have to remove your original backing plate from your mirror glass and carry over to your replacement in order to install. Mirror glass is used, it may have light scratches, hard water spots, or one of the rear mounting tabs may be broken. We classify by \"A\" or \"B\" grade the color / shade / wear of auto dimming mirror glass. Mirror glass may have 1 or 2 out of 7 or 8 tabs broken off, these mirrors are still 100% installable and good. Some mirror glass may need to be installed by a professional using epoxy, silicone, or double sided tape depending on the condition of YOUR existing mirror housing / assembly.
12.) Feedback:
We will leave feedback after feedback has been received (we typically do this bi-monthly in bulk).
13.) Item Availability:
Is subject to change without notice. We sell our parts across multiple selling channels as well as locally. We make every effort to ensure all of our listings are current and accurate. We are human after all and when you manage a large volume of inventory occasionally errors occur. In the event we have to cancel an auction after purchase due to lack of inventory we will provide you with an immediate refund as soon as we detect the error and notify you via your Paypal email address OR the eBay message system. We DO NOT EVER intentionally list anything for sale that is not in our on site warehouse inventory.
14.) Used Factory Radios:
Factory radio / stereo head control units may have anti-theft measures that require a passcode to enable. We do not guarantee or provide codes with our units. You must be responsible for obtaining the code from the dealership. Often times previous owners have written the code on the part, we do not guarantee any hand written codes on units.
