At Convertible Top Specialists we make many of our own brackets for the pumps to make them fit like the original, there is no reason to use a \'generic\' or \'universal\' pump when you can use one of our pumps made just for your car.This pumpmay NOT come with the original style electrical connector, youmay need to cut the connector off the pump and reuse your old connector or wire it direct to your existing wiring.
If you have a 1990 Sunbird you should check tomake sureyour car only has 2 wires attached to the pump and no ground wire, if so then this is the pump for you. If your pump has a black ground wire then order the pump for a 1983-1990, the Sunbird changed pumps mid-year so you have to make sure you order the correct one.
