I have cleaned and restored thepliabilityof the vinyl as best as possible.
The foam has separated from the plastic, but can bere-gluedto it.
The color is light grey which came in the Typhoons and Syclones as well.

It does come with the speaker grills and speakers as shown. I have not tested the speakers.
