This is a used, driver-quality grille for a 1984-1989 Dodge Diplomat M-Body. It is Dodge part number4103414 and will fit both police and civilian vehicle applications.
The M-Body Dodge Diplomat models using this grille ran from1981 to 1989 and was largely unchanged dimensionally over this entire platformrun. However, there may have been minor coloration differences in thegrilles between the years (flat black versus argent paint on some surfaces forexample) so keep in mind if trying to use on other than 1984-1989 models.
Grille is in very good driver-quality condition. There are no "chipped teeth", but there are minor scratches/scuffs (most prominent is shown in photo 4) on the chrome plated areas, fading areas of flat black painted areas, and two of the mounting bosses on the back (lower corners) are broken requiring an improvised mechanical solution to complete the installation.
