When possible we ship through the United States Postal Service to save you money on brokerage fees. Due to tracking requirements, we only ship by USPS Priority Mail International. If the postal service is not available for the part purchased due to size or weight restrictions then we use UPS.
You will pay for shipping charges when item is purchased. When your item is delivered import duties and taxes may be due. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

Returns, Damages and Defects
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery receipt. They must not be installed, used or damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Damages: All items shipped are insured for damage and loss during shipping. If you receive a package that was damaged in shipping you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will start the insurance process. You must keep all original packaging and packing material for claim to be valid.
Defects: If the part is defective (e.g. does not fit right or is mispackaged) contact us right away so we may resolve the problem. We may ask for pictures or measurements to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We offer phone tech support only for parts purchased from Fox Mustang Restoration.
