The surface finish shows many scratches and chips so this NEEDS PAINTED...Overall in very good used condition showing only some light dirt residue and light surface rusting along the lower center edge (see pictures)...This comes exactly as pictured with the outer panel only...Does not come with the support bracket of the inner fender...Please see pictures.
