The body molding will include Two 13' (26' total) Chrome with (your choice of color) accent pieces with finished ends. 5/8 wide molding. This will have to be cut to your desired length. Check my other auctions for additional colors or send a message for additional not seen color requests. Also included will be new bumper chrome trim.The Bumper Trim will include 6 pre-cut chrome pieces, 2 for the front and 4 for the back. with a couple inches to spare in case a mistake is made.All trim is not made the same, this is a High Quality Molding with 3M Backing.Both these items are on separate auctions. Instructions:
For best results it is recommended to clean the surface prior to installing. You could do it without cleaning and it may or may not last depending on how dirty the surface is. 3M makes excellent adhesive material but the adhesive is only as strong as what it bonds to, and if that happens to be dirt and oil then you will be relying on dirt and oil to stick to the paint.for bests results temp of car should be at least 70 degrees f.
Preferably when humidity is at it's lowest.
Clean surface with a non oily general purpose wax and grease removal-such as 3m general Purpose #08984 followed by isopropyl alcohol. If you do not have the wax and grease remover, make sure the car is clean and use Isopropyl Alcohol alone. Apply pressure on the molding as you go to make sure the seal is tight.The finest automotive quality materials. Installation is quick and easy, without drilling, by using self-adhering 3M Tape.
For best results surface must be cleaned preferably with Isopropyl Alcohol. Ideally in a low humidity environment.
