- If an item is returned broken, altered, or missing pieces in any way shape or form. there will be a 50% deduction and you will be reported to eBay.
-When returning an item, please take the time and care to wrap and package it so it does not get broken in return transit.
-There is a 20% restocking fee on all non faulty / non defective returns. If we are at fault ( you received a broken/defective item or a different item than as described ) please contact us prior to opening a return and there will be no restocking fee and all your fees will be covered for the return and / or we will send you another item.
