This is a 1978 Dana 60 4.10 Ratio that has been taken apart and painted with por -15. I did not take the king pin knuckles off because this truck had very low miles. The steering arm was taken off at some point for another truck so I installed a new cap in place of it . The axle has new axle seals new wheel bearing seals pinion seals and all bearings have been checked and repacked. Has 2 new caliper and new rotors ( their is light surface rust on them from getting caught in the rain). The brakes have been upgraded to the rubber pin style. It has Ford locking hubs that have been cleaned up and have a fresh coat of epoxy paint. The factory sway bar is also included. The gear set is OEM DANA stamped The outer axle shafts have been replaced with Spicer 4340 Chromoly shafts ,and new u joints. The outer shafts are 30 spline and the inners are 35 spline. The wheel studs are the ugraded 9/16 " also. Thank you for looking I will crate Axle and drop off at shipping terminal providing you make all arrangements and pay all cost , their are several terminals within 15 miles of me. Their will be a $ 100.00 Crating fee ( for the cost of wood ) I will not ship strapped to pallet with out fully enclosed box, I will return money from $100.00 that is left over. The shipping crate will be 24"x30"x84" and will weigh around 700 lbs. The axle is also for sale locally and may end at any time Thank you. I have added a few pictures of the gear set , and also pictures of king pin seals. Their is about 30 hours labor into this axle the housing was degreased inside and outside ,the axle tubes were wire brushed inside and cleaned with solvent tubes were painted on the ends with POR-15 ,seal areas cleaned before new seals were installed. I built this this axle so it could be sold for a reasonable price and be bolt in ready. Thank you again Dave
