THE LOWER FRONT BEDWALL IS NOT PART OF THIS AUCTION .
This panel uses a regularrear window seal- the stock pickup partis avalablefrom the truck parts outfits or here on ebay.
The stock lowerseal on the body does not work with this panel--it holds ut up a little too much so genericauto trim shop sealsare the way to go.-or perhaps a piece of regular square body doorseal that has the slip on channel.
The lowerfront wall is not part of the Kit - and fortunately-or un,,,steel sheetmetal is actually cheaper than making a f-glass lower wall.The customershould consultwiththe search engine to source a local sheetmetal shop to make a lower rear wall, I will nothave these made up, its not fesable to ship them across country-It only drives up the shipping rate.A shop could make one locally cheaper than shipping one, and i wont go to the expense of having one made just to prove this to browsers.
Unfortunatelythe priceof fibeglass molding materialshas doubledeach of the last two yearsand there really isnt such thing as fabricating cheap parts, even if they are using chopper guns andabsolutebottom rate resin-neither of which I do.
I can ship theseUPSorfed-ex and its sometimes cheaper to do a -Hold For pickup- at the closest terminal.
The average shipping rateUPS charges is$150.00to east or west coast adresses. Fed-ex is often less advantagousfor something this size- you go a couple \" over and they will wipe out deals with their rates.

As far asthe officialforignshipping system they have started here--that is not efficient IMO and wont use it.
This part is gelcoated, basic prep ,priming and paint to match required. they all have typical small production touchupsdone to them before they are shipped.
The rear lower wall can be installed permanentlyortemporary. A silicone gasket at the bottom covering the stamped floor ribs is formed by,
Temporarily install the lower wall --Masking off the floor where the bottom flange meets the floor, remove walland wax the exposed strip a few times/ buff off, wax again a last time and leave wax,
Reinstall the lower wall and pump in silicone sealant and use a wood tounge depressor to carefully clean excess, after letting set for 24 hrs-the bottom wall now has a rubber base gasket!
As you see - these i do not buy and sell,I am an American thatstill makes stuff.
