All 4 caps areare used, with some scratches and dings on the edge as pictured. these are normal "bang on" hubcaps, that means no locks, no key, no hassles.All 4 caps will fit fine and are as pictured. This is a rare set of hubcaps indeed and I bought them from a dealer who went out of business. I would consider these to be in daily driver condition with one hubcap being a little worse than the other three. These caps fit REAR WHEEL DRIVE models with 15" steel wheels.
