This listing is for what I believe to be an original 4 speed shifter from a 68 or 69 AMX or Javelin. It may be original to other AMC cars also, I am by no means an AMC expert, I'm only going by what I was told when it was bought in the 80's. Its in the box of the Hurst shifter that waspurchasedto replace this shifter in a '69 AMX. I believe all the pieces are still there just needs reassembled. It should fit any Borg-Warner T-10 used in many cars of that era. The chrome on shifter is inexcellent shape, very small spots at the base but that would be under the boot so shouldn't be a problem, the wood knob is also in great shape. This must be a rare part because I can't find any info on it anywhere. This would be a great piece for someones restoration or it's just a good looking shifter for any 4 speed car.
