We ship 5 days a week via FedEx or USPS. Orders leave our warehouses no later than 1 business day from your confirmation. We will send you a tracking number(s) by message shortly after shipment.
Shipping Time is usually 2 - 5 Business Days. Orders will ship from our California or Oregon warehouses.

60 Day Return / Exchange Policy
All returns require a RMA #. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt for any items received damaged.
Shipping Damaged / Lost items: Upon receipt of the received item, Customer is responsible for inspecting the item, along with all contents in shipment, to verify and validate items is free of damage and/or defect(s).
Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the original date of shipment and after 60 days we will only exchange items that are covered under warranty. For a return or exchange to be processed a RMA must be submitted specifying the reason for the return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs to return item to Manufacturer and/or Dealer and maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exceptions are to include:
- Shipping Damage
- Manufacturer\'s Defect
- Customer was shipped an item other than what was originally ordered
All returns or exchanges will be processed after the item has been returned and the RMA approved and completed. Allow approximately 2-4 business days from the date the item is returned for an RMA to be processed and completed and allow up to 3 weeks from the date the RMA is completed for a credi t or refund to be issued. Refunds and/or credi ts will be issued in the form of original or applied to your account.
We are NOT responsible for WRONG ORDERS . Often there are multiple radiator applications for your car or truck. Please reference vehicle specs next to photo above and compare with your radiator before ordering. Also radiator will be EXACTLY AS PICTURED . Please do not hesitate to message us for help with vehicle fitment.
