Super clean cap correct for most 1964 models. There are no curb rash issues. The two-bar knock-off has good chrome but does show some light freckles. It is not pitted. The inner chrome casting and spokes are also very nice. The center plastic emblem is not cracked and still has good color. Please make payment within 5 days of receiving invoice.
