Thank you.1956 Pontiac Grill for Star Chief, Catalina, and Chieftain. This grillwas removed from a car many years ago and has been stored insidesince being removed. It is in good condition for its age, but it isa used part. I would call it driver quality, but please, lookclosely at the pictures and decide for yourself. The chrome has verygood shine and shows well, but there are defects. On closeinspection, there are fine scratches and the under sided has pitting(see photos). This is the area above the bumper, and I don\'t believethat it will be overly noticeable when installed on a car, but again,you decide. Also, there is a very small indentation in the fronttoward the middle. I have tried to show this in the closeup photo. It is easier to feel than to see. Again, not very noticeable, but Iwant you to know the true condition of the part. There are two smallrubs, (1 inch and 1 ½ inch) on the underside toward the ends wherethe grill bar meets up with the bumper protectors. The back side haslight surface rust. Two of the mounting brackets are included. Itcomes in a GM box, but this is NOT an NOS part. It is used and old. It will be shipped in the GM box which will be placed in a larger boxfor extra protection. I bought this grill for my own project, buttime and changing interests have intervened. It is a good part andhard to find in this condition; most are rusty or have pealingchrome. I will be glad to give honest answers to any questions.
