Shipping Policy
Shipment will be either UPS, FedX, USPS or ESTES EXPRESS. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment. Return Policy - Unwanted Goods
Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged. All unwanted Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. Calwheeloutlet will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to his or her order.
