SSW offers a lifetime warranty to the original owner on the structure of its wheels, should the product become structurally unsound due to a manufacturing defect. SSW offers a two years warranty from the original purchase date with us on DEFECTIVES as following mentioned . All wheels must be inspected by the manufacturer before a credit or replacement can be issued. In the case where your wheels are no longer available, we can only credit you for the 1 wheel that has the defect but not the other 3 non-defective wheels. The buyer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping charges.
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS FOR RETURN - DEFECTIVES
Defective items will generally fall under the following categories:
A. Leakers : The customer must mark the approximate location of the leak on the wheel.
B. Out of Round: SSW will check validity of the claim mechanically
C. Chipping Paint: The chipped paint must not be the result of the customer’s mishandling of the wheel.
D. Defective Plating: Peeling and corrosion must not be the result of curb or impact damage.
E. Lose Lip: Stainless Steel Lip Lose must not be the result of curb or impact damage.
F. Wheels Returned subject to company credit only.
