Up for sale is my set of 4 SSR GT3 3 piece wheels. Fronts are 18x8.5 et43 and rears are 18x9.5 et43. The picture shows them on my 1999 BMW M3 sitting on the stock suspension. I\'m selling them because the roads in Tucson are terrible and I\'ve gotten too many complaints about the ride quality. This is a shame because I think they are hands down the best looking rims you can put on an e36. They fit my stock M3 without modification, requiring only 7 mm spacers up front. Lowered cars will probably require some more aggressive camber if you want to keep the tire size the same. Tires are Dunlop star spec 235 40R18 and 255 35R18 with maybe 15% - 20% tread left.
Structurally, they were certified straight and round by the previous owner about a year and a half ago and there has been no incident, or vibration, which would lead me to believe this has been compromised. Right before I switched them out for the stockers, the bead on the front right tire lost it\'s seal. I didn\'t drive on it, but took it to a shop just in case and it was certified undamaged and round. Cosmetically, one of the rears is in perfect shape, while the other 3 have some road rash and clear coat peeling. I do have all 4 center caps but had to take the one off to fit into my car (spare wheel well). It\'s back on and will be included in the sale.
These rims were $800 a piece when new and are becoming increasingly rare as they have been long discontinued. I make no guarantees on fitment. Do your research. Included in the sale but not pictured are a pair of 7mm spacers and the extended studs to be used with them. These are a steal at this price and will transform the look of your car.
