For sale is a very nice set of 4 BMW Style 224 Aluminum wheels. Dimensions are staggered 18\" x 8\" for the front and 18\" x 9\" for the rear.
They came from my 2007 M Coupe and have approximately 75,000 miles on them. As you can see in the photos they are in good condition for almost 10 year old wheels. I would even say that the rear wheels are in better condition because as a staggered set they were never exposed to the same brake dust that occurs on the fronts. The only curb rash is a small 1/4\" knick in one of the front wheels. I\'ve considered having them powder coated a different color at $150 a piece, but I don\'t think I\'d ever use them.
There are a few other minor pea size nicks. The paint is worn between the spokes in some areas, mostly on the fronts, due to brake dust over time. The worst of it is a silver dollar size spot where the paint has delaminated on a spoke of the front passenger side. I have provided a close up photo of the area that shows the nature of the wear near the end of the spokes and the delamination.
Some tape weights are still in place. I can provide the original valve stems but I would recommend replacing them with a new set. No center caps are included. There are the usual rubber deposits on the inside edges of the wheels. You may want to do some cleanup before mounting new tires.
I replaced them with a brand new set of Style 224\'s due to the cosmetic issues only. They ran beautifully and balanced well before I replaced them, but I will not guarantee structural integrity or roundness under any circumstances. No returns will be accepted for any reason. Purchase them at your own risk.
