1320 Performance Tri-Y RSX race Headers are designed and engineered to maximize exhaust flow and increase both horsepower and torque throughout the power band like most Tri-Y designs, power gains are seen almost everywhere in the power band, not just the top end. Fitment is great with our header tubing passes perfectly through tight area with extra clearance for engine movement.
1302 Performance Tri-Y Design features stepped piping for better scavenging effect our Primaries beginning with1.73-inches that progressively move into 1.89-inches, then 1.97-inches secondaries and finally 2.5? exit. Like all other 1320 Perf stainless headers, it is assembled with mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel tubing and is fully tig welded. While using a slightly thicker gauge tubing than other manufactures that allows for better weld penetration and additional strength than other company. The CNC cut 3/8" thick flanges are also double welded and then ported for optimum flow at entry and exit. This header directly replaces the OEM 2 piece design and eliminates the catalytic converter so included is a short 2.5" test-pipe with o2 sensor spacer for the secondary O2 sensor.
