SHIPPING POLICY

1. We will only follow your address listed in the Paypal payment for the shipment. Due to the secure reasons, we do not allow the address change through the email.

3. Order in U.S. will be shipped via UPS; USPS for HI, AK, PR & international.

RETURN POLICY

1. d1_concept offers a 100% Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee! If the sale item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 30 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
