Welcome to our spoiler Listing. We are Car and Truck Accessories Sales and Installation shop located in Grand Prairie, Texas and we have hands on access to thousands of accessories at any given time. This spoiler is made of One-piece, O.E.M. grade blow molded ABS virgin plastic resin.
  • The Final product is lightweight, durable, withstands extreme temperatures, and is O.E.M. certified. Made in a state-of-the-art factory that is ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certified.

All items ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the item and/or location. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been placed and we have received cleared payment, your order will then be processed for shipment. Products are shipped either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer from one of their several distribution centers closest to you. These items normally ship same or next business day. Some manufacturers will not drop ship to a retail customer and will only ship directly to us. In these cases, the manufacturer will ship the item to us (if it is not in our warehouse) and we will then ship it to you. This will take an additional 2-3 days before the item(s) are on their way to you.

We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

30 Day Return Policy:

Our 30 day return policy works the same regardless of the reason the item is being returned. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition it was in when you received it. Please see below for details.

7 days – All items should be inspected within 7 days of receiving your order for any discrepancies or damages. If within 7 days of receiving your product if you notice any discrepancies that were caused by our company the items in question can be returned for exchange or a 100% refund. This is in the continental 48 states only.

30 days – Within 30 days of the purchase date you may return any item for any reason for an exchange or a refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all Free Shipping orders. This is to help cover the actual outbound shipping that we paid to get the item to you. Simply ship the item back to us for an immediate refund or exchange.

Over 30 days – 31 days and over from the original purchase date you may return any item for any reason for an exchange or refund of the product itself. (The actual outbound shipping paid by Hitches R Us/Pro Hitch will not be refunded which includes free shipping orders). There will also be a 15% restock fee on any returns over 30 days of original purchase date. It must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Refund will be in store credit only. Simply ship the item back to us and we will issue you a credit.

Once the item is received a refund or credit will be issued. For damaged items we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier will pick up the item from you for an inspection. We do not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. To request a RMA number you may call our Returns Department at (817) 533-3458 Monday through Friday 8 am – 5pm CST. Please have your order number, email address, id, and reason for the return when calling us for the RMA.

Cancel or Change Your Order:

If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible by phone. NOT EMAIL. (817) 533-3458. If you need to cancel your order after it is already been shipped - we will need to work with you to make sure that your order is canceled in our system, UPS is notified, and ensure that you "refuse the shipment" from UPS. Unauthorized refused shipments that we have not been notified of in advance will cause a delay in getting a refund

Our manufacturers warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser"), its products to be free from defect under normal use and service, ordinary wear and tear expected, for the warranty period that goes from 1 year for all wiring and accessories to 5 years for a 5th wheel to a lifetime warranty for trailer hitches, from the date of the original purchase, but subject to the limitations as set forth below.

We shall not be liable for the loss of or use of vehicles, loss of damage to personal property, Expenses such as telephone, lodging, gasoline, towing, tire damage or any other incidental or consequential damages incurred by the Purchaser, or any other person or entity. Alterations to or misuse of the Product will void the warranty. For example, overloading or exceeding an automobile or trailer manufacturer's weight ratings, or maneuvering motor vehicles equipped with Products at improper rate of speed, shall void the warranty on any of the Products. Failure to properly maintain and regularly inspect the Product according to the specific instruction sheet accompanying each Product shall also void the warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If such exclusions or limitations are prohibited under the applicable law, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

The Purchaser, when returning a Our Product, must follow the following steps:

The Purchaser must have proof of purchase of any damaged Product.

The Purchaser must obtain from TrailerHitchUSA.com a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be given along with the correct address where to ship the damaged product.

The Purchaser must pay all shipping costs to deliver the damages Products to us and must send the damaged Product along with the RMA and proof of purchase together.

Upon receipt of damaged Product, We will determine whether the damaged Product is covered under the Limited Warranty. If it is, We will repair or replace the Product. If the Product is replaced, the Product that is originally returned by the Purchaser shall become the exclusive property of us. If the returned Product is not covered under the Limited Warranty, We will notify the Purchaser before taking any further action with regard to repair or replacement, which would be at the Purchaser's cost.
