At Cleveland Pick-A-Part, each motor and transmissionare inspected and run tested before we back them with our exclusive 6-month warranty!
Before we start each engine, we remove all the spark plugs and hand turn the engine overto make sure no oil has passed the rings.
We do a compression test to make sure the piston rings, exhaust valves, intake valves, and head gaskets are properly sealed.
We do a vacuum test to make sure there are no burned or sticking exhaust and intake valves, collapsed lifters, or vacuum leaks.
We do an oil pressure test at cold start up and warm operating temperatures to ensure proper rod bearing clearance and that there are no restrictions in the oiling system.
We do a CO test to make sure there are no cracks in the engine block and cylinderheads, and that there are no exhaust gases present in the cooling system.
We inspect the manual transmission by draining and inspecting the transmission fluid. We check for any debris or foreign material. If any problems are found, the transmission will be torn down for inspection and repaired as necessary.

International shipping is available at the customer\'s cost. All flat rate charges are quoted to the lower 48 states only! Rates do not include international shipments, and WILL incur corresponding charges. Shipping rates are valid for one week. We will ship international for freight items. Please contact us for a quote.
Signature confirmation can be added to each item for an additional $2. We will not be responsible for packages released at front porches or at front doors. Please note that if you are not available, some carriers will leave the package around your house without your consent.
If you provide us with an incorrect address for truck freight shipments, you will be liable for any additional charges outside of original quoted rate. Any shipping quotes are valid for one week.

All returned items that are found functional will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not pay to have your item shipped back to us unless it is damaged in shipping or found defective.
