Holds 1 - 1\" PVC ( additional tubes purchased at additional cost) as flag masts and flags from 12\"X 18\" up to 4\' X 6\'. The high mounting position ends any vibration shifting or stress cracking as in lower mounted flag holders. Flag masts can be dropped in and pulled out without securing to the tubes.
