These calipers are new. There are two chips on the caliper bolts on one caliper and a scratch under the other caliper. The scratch is not visible when the caliper is installed. The ships and scratch are visible in the last two pictures.
The calipers have new pads, anti-rattle clips, and pins installed.
My understanding is that these calipers can be used with an adapter bracket and aikibono rotors to create a low budget big brake kit for Nissan 240sx and 300zx:
