Shipping

• Please open/inspect package upon arrival with the delivery agent present BEFORE you sign for it. If there are any damages, you must note it on the delivery slip. Any damage claims must be made to us within 1 business day (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Free shipping is only valid for US Domestic 48 states, PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, PO Box, APO, FPO will charge shipping fee, please contact us for the shipping price
• At this time, we only ship within US. A valid and physical US shipping address is required for delivery. Delivery to APO/FPO or P.O BOX via our carriers is unavailable at the moment. All merchandises will be shipped to the address you provide via or PayPal profile.
• If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee and the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

Terms & Conditions

• Ordering Process: Once your payment clears, We will pick up your order from the factory. If product is in stock at the factory warehouse, it will be picked up and shipped out between 3-5 business days from the day your payment clears. If is not in stock, we will call you within 3 busine ss days. You have the Wait, Exchange or Cancel your order. Full refund will be given if you decide to cancel. After the item is shipped, the shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery time, the package must be signed for.
• Guaranteed fitment policy, if there is a fitment issue please contact us. We will need you to send in pictures of the the parts and show us what is the problem first. A copy of the business license from the body shop who is doing the installation. If the parts is defective after reviewing of the info you provided we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out new product.
• All parts must be prepped and installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with fiberglass car parts including but not limited to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving. Extra fees can be incurred for proper fitment. All parts are for off-road and show use only. Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers, this is done at the buyer/owners own risk, we do not accept liability for injuries resulting from customization of buyer/owners car, this is done at their own risk. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.

Return Policy

• All returns MUST be approved before you ship any item back to us. A return label must be issued by streetregulator.
• Any unscheduled or unapproved returns will be shipped back to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to signing off package. We are not responsible for any damage whether before or after installment.
• To report fitment issue, a fitment report must be completed and consigned by certified Collision or Body Shop.
• Very rarely, our items may be damaged in some non-obvious way (e.g.: manufacture defects or hidden damage). If you happen to receive such an item, please contact us.
• All returns may subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
