Thisairbag isclean. The paint has worn off part of the Chevrolet emblem, there are a couple dings on the edge of the cover, and multiple light scratches and scuffs. But overall not too bad (See enlarged photos). The part number is 34037109, and it came from an 08 Chevrolet van. Check this to your vehicle to be sure this is the part you require.
