Guarantee and Returns
Most parts we sell come with a 90 day warranty (unless otherwise stated) and a 30 day return period. The periods start when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part purchased with a warranty fails to operate within our 90 day warranty period, we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part, or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
Return shipping charges are not refunded.
You will only receive the item(s) pictured unless the listing states that additional items are included.
Our LIMITED WARRANTY excludes:
Breakdowns caused by non-covered components, improper installation, defective workmanship, usage for which the part was not intended and/or improper maintenance (i.e. using the incorrect types and levels of fluids and lubricants as outlined in the owner’s manual).
Windshield and other glass breakage.
Freight costs or similar damages.
For purchases of engines, any and all defects except for defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshaft rockers and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are deemed “Accessories and Extra Parts.” No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps and manifolds. Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
